BPC-157 & KPV Guide
The ultimate synergistic blend for accelerated tissue repair, gut health, and systemic inflammation reduction.
The Ultimate Healing Stack
BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound) and KPV (Lysine-Proline-Valine) are two of the most powerful restorative peptides known to science. When combined, BPC-157 drives physical tissue regeneration while KPV acts as a master regulator of systemic inflammation and immune response.
BPC-157
🧬 Promotes angiogenesis
🩹 Rapid tendon & muscle healing
🛡️ Protects gastric mucosa (gut lining)
KPV
🧯 Master anti-inflammatory
🦠 Antimicrobial & antifungal
⚖️ Modulates immune system response
Reconstitution Basics
Research blends usually come in single vials containing equal or specific parts of both peptides (e.g., 5mg BPC-157 + 5mg KPV). Reconstitute with Bacteriostatic Water (BAC):
Prep & Sanitize 🧼
Wash hands thoroughly. Pop the plastic caps off both the Peptide blend vial and the BAC water vial. Swab both rubber stoppers with an alcohol prep pad and let air dry.
Draw BAC Water 💉
Using a sterile syringe, draw the required amount of BAC Water. (Standard Math: Adding 2mL of BAC to a 5mg/5mg vial yields 250mcg of each peptide per 0.1mL/10 units on an insulin syringe).
Inject & Dissolve 💧
Pierce the peptide vial. Do not spray directly onto the powder. Angle the needle so the water drips slowly down the glass wall of the vial to protect the fragile peptide bonds.
Swirl Gently 🔄
NEVER SHAKE. Gently roll or swirl the vial between your fingers until the solution is completely clear and dissolved. It is now ready for research.
Research Protocols
Systemic vs. Localized Administration
Unlike many peptides, BPC-157 has systemic effects regardless of injection site. However, for acute physical trauma (like a torn ligament), many researchers prefer administering the peptide subcutaneously near the site of the injury for maximum localized healing, while relying on its systemic properties to heal the gut concurrently.
| Protocol Goal | Dosage (Per Peptide) | Frequency | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Acute Localized Injury (Tendons, Ligaments, Muscle) |
250mcg - 500mcg | 1-2x Daily | Administer SubQ near the site of injury. If twice daily, split doses (morning/night). |
| Systemic Inflammation & Gut (Leaky Gut, Autoimmune, General Healing) |
250mcg - 500mcg | 1x Daily | Administer SubQ in the abdomen. KPV aggressively targets systemic inflammation. |
| Standard Cycle Length | N/A | 4 to 6 Weeks | Run protocol daily for 4-6 weeks, followed by 2-4 weeks off to assess healing progression. |
Storage & Handling
Temperature
Store in the refrigerator (36°F to 46°F) both before and after reconstitution. Do not freeze.
Light Exposure
Peptides are highly sensitive to UV light. Keep vials in their boxes or a dark container.
Shelf Life
Once mixed with BAC water, discard the vial after 28 days to ensure sterility and efficacy.
