Budget leaf, unverifiable claims — the full 54-listing catalog, organized by vein color, with the thin community record and the vendor’s claims audited against the evidence.

Only the seven picker-pool products are plotted, placed by the character their vendor positioning or community reports describe — blends sit on the lane closest to that described lean. The 16 catalog strains carry no effect data, so no dots are drawn for them.

How the profiles were built

Phantom Herbal is a young (launched ~August 2025), budget-priced vendor with a thin but real community record — a handful of Reddit threads and one Discord review. Where no community data exists, a card says n/r (no rating) instead of guessing — this guide never invents effects. The picker pool holds only the seven products with any effect basis at all: Sunrise Blend and Sleepy Phantom (the vendor’s own positioning copy), Phantom Pink Lips (one Reddit review), Sleepy Phantom again on a detailed Discord review, and Happy Phantom, Phantom Yellow Haze and the Free Red Sample on name-and-vein positioning only — the weakest basis in the pool, and labeled as such on their cards. Effect charts on those seven cards are derived from that stated basis and normalized to percentages; the derivation is printed on every charted card. The vein pies above show each vein’s typical character across kratom generally, not measured Phantom data.

Vein Colors & What Consumers Report

Community Reports · Recorded as Fact

Strains are grouped by vein color — the industry’s rough shorthand for character. Reds trend slow and heavy, greens sit in the balanced middle, whites trend bright and driving, and blends are house recipes whose composition the vendor does not disclose. Reported effects vary significantly between users — hydration, sleep, medications, and recent food all move the result — so every report below is one person’s experience, not a promise.

⚪White — Energy / Alertness / Motivation

Five Phantom whites (Bali, Maeng Da, Malay, Sumatra, Super White). The one detailed community report on a Phantom white is negative — White Maeng Da called “garbage… tasted old” in r/kratomreview100 — while a second thread reports the white Maeng Da had “energy and good mood.” Both reports stand in What Buyers Say.

🟢Green — Energy / Mood / Calming

Five Phantom greens (Borneo, Maeng Da, Malay, Vietnam, Super Green). No community effect data exists for any of them; one thread reports a green Maeng Da that “didnt hit.” The vendor files four of the five under the “Green Maeng Da” site category — catalog mislabeling noted on their cards.

🔴Red — Relief / Relaxation / Rest

Six Phantom reds (Borneo, Indo, Maeng Da, Sumatra, Bentuangie, Super Red). The strongest single product report in the whole Phantom record is a red-vein blend — the Discord review of Sleepy Phantom: pain relief with a clear head, no sedation. A sample red drew “didn’t feel much… headache” in the sample thread.

🟡Yellow — Relaxation / Warmth / Well-Being

Phantom sells no yellow or gold single strains. The only yellow-named item is Phantom Yellow Haze, categorized by the vendor as an Exotic Blend — the name is not a vein claim, and its recipe is undisclosed.

Phantom Herbal — legal name Phantom Vein, per the site footer and Terms — operates from 3675 Highland Ave Unit 8, Las Vegas, NV 89103. The Terms page was first published 2025-08-16 and the earliest product images are dated 2025/08 — a launch around August 2025 is an inference from those dated site assets. A second domain, phantomvein.com, serves the identical storefront. The vendor’s own FAQ describes the brand as “a youth-driven brand offering affordable, high-quality products designed to match your lifestyle.” Sales are 21+ only, “no exceptions.”
The headline fact: the same address and phone number are published by Daisy Peptides, a research-peptide seller — the full audit is in the reality check.

🛒 The catalog

54 listings: regular and “Enhanced (3%+)” powders, capsules, a 60% extract, 120mg MIT tablets, three shots, split kilos — and two THC-A flower items.

🔍 Claims vs. evidence

“Lab-tested” with no named lab and no published COAs, a false “FDA-certified” claim, and a guarantee the Terms contradict — audited finding by finding.

💵 The price position

Budget tier: $80 a kilo for regular powder (8¢ a gram) undercuts the commonly cited mid-tier reference point of ~$106 a kilo.

📡 Vendor notes

“made to boost focus and mood” — product-image alt text, the sole effects statement the vendor publishes for this blend.

💬 What the community reports

🔍 How this chart was derived
From the vendor’s own positioning only — focus and mood in front, energy supporting, calm and analgesia trailing, in the proportions the alt-text pairing implies. No reviewer has rated the regular blend; the chart is a positioning chart, not a review score.

A detailed Discord review describes the product as a dark fermented red. An “Enhanced Sleepy Phantom (3%+)” version also exists at $24.99–$104.99. Composition is otherwise undisclosed.

“formulated for calm, rest” — the vendor’s own descriptor for this blend.

💬 What the community reports

The best-documented product in the Phantom catalog — one detailed review, and it is positive.
🔍 How this chart was derived
From the Discord review’s own emphases — calm and analgesia in front, mood supporting, energy deliberately low — cross-checked against the vendor’s “calm, rest” positioning. One review is the entire basis; the chart is labeled derived for that reason.

💬 What the community reports

🔍 How this chart was derived
Name positioning only — the weakest basis in the picker pool. “Happy” implies a mood-led, daytime blend, and the chart draws exactly that and nothing more. Treat the percentages as a reading of the name, not of the leaf.

🌿 The leaf

The vendor’s sample program sends a small bag whose printed checkbox label carries the identification: the “Red” checkbox is marked, and the “10g · 1.5–1.7” mitragynine band is checked. So the free sample is a red-vein strain, 10 grams, label-claimed 1.5–1.7% mitragynine. Which red exactly (Borneo, Indo, Maeng Da, Sumatra, Bentuangie, or Super Red) the label does not say — there is no “Red Phantom” product in the catalog, and the exact strain remains undisclosed by the vendor. Two further sampler pouches use the same printed checkbox label — a 10g Green pouch and a 10g White pouch, each with the 1.5–1.7 band ticked and no region box ticked — unnamed house sampler pouches, not named catalog SKUs.

📡 Vendor notes

The sample is listed in the catalog flow as “Phantom Sample Products.” No effects copy exists for it.

Batch Index

No Batches Exist to Index

Phantom Herbal publishes no batch numbers and no COAs. No Phantom product carries a Batch # — bags print label-claimed alkaloid ranges only, and no certificate ties any bag to any lab result. A batch index for this vendor is therefore one honest entry:

What a batch system would showWhat Phantom publishes
Batch / lot number per productNone — no batch or lot numbers anywhere in the catalog
Certificate of analysis per batchNone — zero COAs published; no lab is named
Alkaloid figure per batchPrinted label bands only: mitragynine 1.5–1.7% (checked on the bags examined), with unchecked bands at 1.8–2.0% and 2.0–2.2%+; 7-hydroxymitragynine 0.008–0.012%
Marketing potency badge“(3%+)” on Enhanced-line product imagery — a graphic, not a batch result

If Phantom Herbal publishes verifiable COAs in the future, this section gets a real per-batch table. Until then, the honest entry is: label claims only, no data.

Alkaloid & Lab Reference (COAs)

Label Claims Only — No Published Certificates

No certificates of analysis are published. Phantom Herbal names no laboratory and provides no batch-specific alkaloid data for any product. The site claims “lab-tested” and “third-party lab tested” throughout — “all products, including Super White and White Maeng Da, undergo third-party lab testing to ensure purity, safety and quality” (Phantom Vein FAQ) — but no lab is named and no certificate is published anywhere on the site. What exists instead is label-claimed data printed on the retail bags themselves (photographed October 2026):

Printed on bag labelsClaimed rangeStatus
Mitragynine (checked: 1.5–1.7%)1.5–1.7% / 1.8–2.0% / 2.0–2.2%+Label claim, not a COA
7-Hydroxymitragynine0.008–0.012%Label claim, not a COA

The 1.5–1.7% mitragynine checkbox was marked on the 100g bags examined (Sunrise Blend, Happy Phantom, Phantom Yellow Haze), on the 10g red sample, and on the unnamed 10g Green and White sampler pouches. Note the packaging spells the alkaloid correctly as 7-hydroxymitragynine — unlike the website copy, which writes “hydroxymitragynine.” The sole other numeric potency claim in the vendor’s catalog remains the “(3%+)” badge on Enhanced-line product imagery — a marketing graphic, not a lab result. For context, plain-leaf kratom typically tests at roughly 1–2% mitragynine, so the label-claimed 1.5–1.7% sits in the normal range; a genuine 3%+ plain-leaf result would be exceptional and cannot be evaluated without a COA. The Enhanced line’s own product-image alt text describes added mitragynine and hydroxymitragynine, which is the plausible mechanism — see finding 9 of the reality check. Packaging facts: retail bags are branded “PHANTOM PREMIUM KRATOM” with the phantomvein.com URL and the line “For botanical research only. Not for human consumption. Keep out of reach of children. 18 only.”

Key Compounds & Terms

CompoundWhat it is
MitragynineKratom’s dominant alkaloid — roughly 60% of the leaf’s total alkaloid content and typically 0.5–2% or more of plain leaf by weight. A partial agonist at μ-opioid receptors: stimulant-like at low doses, sedating at higher ones. It is the number most COAs report.
7-Hydroxymitragynine (7-OH)A far more potent μ-opioid agonist than mitragynine. Fresh leaf holds only traces (about 0.01–0.04%) — most 7-OH forms after harvest by oxidation, and in the body when the liver enzyme CYP3A4 converts mitragynine. Noticeably elevated levels are a fingerprint of fortified or extract products. The vendor’s site copy repeatedly writes the name as “hydroxymitragynine,” which is not the compound’s name.

~$106the commonly cited mid-tier reference kilo price (Happy Hippo, observed in the same research) — Phantom undercuts it by ~25%

The honest summary: budget prices for a product with unverifiable quality claims. On price alone Phantom is genuinely cheap; on quality there is no data to rank — no published COAs, no named lab, and a community record too thin to compare the leaf against mid-tier vendors. The price is the attraction; everything else is unproven.

What Buyers Say — The Community Record

Thin, Mixed, and Partly Ugly

Phantom’s own product pages show “Reviews (0)” — there is no on-site star record to report. The public record is three Reddit threads that name the vendor directly, one Discord review, and one earlier Reddit product review. No YouTube reviews were found, and no mentions surfaced on Instagram, Threads, Facebook, X, or kratom forums. What follows is the whole record — the bad and the good, in the reviewers’ own words, as bullet lists.

Thread 1 — “Phantom Kratom,” r/TrueKratomReviews (Oct 2025): the customer-service record
Thread 2 — “Anyone get a Phantom Herbal free sample?” r/kratomreview100 (Oct 2026): mixed, leans negative
Discord — Sleepy Phantom (red vein): the detailed positive review
Community report — Phantom Pink Lips, r/TrueKratomReviews (~Aug 2026)

Thread 3 — r/NYStateOfMind, “New York takes action against dangerous herbal supplement kratom”: Phantom Herbal is not mentioned anywhere in this thread — not in the post, not in any comment. It is a news link about New York state regulatory action on kratom generally, and it is recorded here for honesty: it is not evidence about this vendor.

Net assessment: the product can be good — the Enhanced line and Sleepy Phantom have real fans. But the vendor’s customer service has a documented abuse case, the threads attract shilling accusations, the regular leaf gets called stale garbage, and samples vanish into months of silence. The pattern inside the product record is consistent: regular leaf gets called weak or stale; the Enhanced line gets called fire — and with zero published COAs, there is no way to check what makes the premium line stronger.

Vendor Reality Check — Claims vs. Verifiable Evidence

Checked Directly · 2026-10-13

This section audits Phantom Herbal’s own statements against what can actually be verified. Every item below was checked directly on 2026-10-13.

  1. The company behind the counter — Phantom Herbal’s Terms page lists its address as 3675 Highland Ave Unit 8, Las Vegas, NV 89103 and phone +1 (702) 313-2764 — the same address and phone number published by Daisy Peptides, a research-peptide seller. The site’s legal name is “Phantom Vein” (a second domain, phantomvein.com, serves the identical storefront). Launched ~August 2025: roughly 14 months old at the October 2026 audit. This is not the profile of a dedicated kratom-only operation.
  2. “Lab-tested” — unsubstantiated — The site claims “lab-tested” and “third-party lab tested” throughout. No lab is named. Zero COAs are published. No alkaloid numbers are given. The only potency figure anywhere is a “(3%+)” marketing badge on Enhanced-line product images — 3%+ mitragynine would be exceptionally high for plain leaf (typical: 1–2%), and with no lab data there is no way to check whether the number is real or the product is extract-adulterated. The vendor also sells 60% extract and 120mg mitragynine tablets, so adulteration is mechanically plausible. Every potency claim is marketing until a certificate appears.
  3. False “FDA-certified” claim — Product pages state the powder is “FDA-certified.” The FDA certifies no kratom products — the claim is false on its face. The same pages then disclaim “Not approved by the FDA.” Both cannot be true.
  4. Guarantee vs. Terms — direct contradiction — The homepage advertises a “30-day satisfaction” guarantee (“Phantom Promise”). The Terms page says “all sales are final” unless the item arrives defective or incorrect (claims within 7 days). The Terms are the enforceable policy; the guarantee is marketing. The Terms page still contains the template placeholder “[Insert Phantom email]” — published unfinished. Read the Terms summary ↗
  5. Wrong chemistry vocabulary — Product copy repeatedly writes “hydroxymitragynine” instead of 7-hydroxymitragynine — the wrong name for the compound, across the product line. The copy was written by marketers, not anyone who knows the chemistry. (The bag labels, notably, spell it correctly.)
  6. Community footprint — thin, mixed, and partly ugly — After ~14 months, 54 SKUs, an active blog and SEO content, the indexed community record is a handful of Reddit threads and one Discord review — and it cuts both ways: a scathing Oct 2025 customer-service complaint (a reviewer who says the vendor, “Kyle,” publicly called her a liar after ignoring her emails); a shilling accusation against a free-product recipient attacking that complainant; regular leaf called “garbage… nausea and headaches… tasted old”; months-long sample fulfillment with weeks-long email silences — alongside genuine praise for the Enhanced line (“really really fire”) and a detailed positive Discord review of Sleepy Phantom. “Reviews (0)” still sits on the vendor’s own product pages. There is no enthusiast consensus to lean on, and the worst of the record is about how customers get treated.
  7. The name-collision warning — “Phantom Herbal Incense” is a legacy K2/Spice synthetic-cannabinoid brand (circa 2017). Anyone searching “Phantom Herbal reviews” will hit it — and K2-brand reviews are overwhelmingly negative for good reason. If a negative review mentions incense, potpourri, or spice, it is about that product, not this kratom vendor. Phantom Farms (cannabis) and Phantom Vape hardware further pollute the name space. Verify which “Phantom” any review is actually about before trusting it.
  8. The SEO network — daisyherbal.co — Brand mentions for Phantom Vein turn up in spun SEO articles on whizolosophy.com and — notably — daisyherbal.co (“find-pure-lab-tested-kratom-at-daisy”), plus directory listings. These are planted-link advertorials, not organic discussion. The “Daisy Herbal” domain name sitting in the same SEO network as the kratom vendor — while Daisy Peptides shares the vendor’s phone and address — is another thread tying the Daisy-named operations together. When the marketing is manufactured and the reviews are absent, the SEO is the reputation strategy.
  9. The Enhanced line is alkaloid-fortified — by the vendor’s own alt text — Product image alt text for the “Enhanced (3%+)” line describes added mitragynine and hydroxymitragynine. This is not inference: the vendor’s own markup says the alkaloids are added. Combined with the community pattern — regular leaf called “garbage,” Enhanced called “fire” — the honest read is that the premium line’s strength comes from fortification, not superior leaf. And with zero published COAs, no one outside that Las Vegas unit knows the actual dose in the bag.
  10. Self-published testimonials only — The site’s “What Our Customers Say” carousel carries three testimonials — Tyler R. (Austin, TX) on affordability/potency, Aaliyah M. (Denver, CO) on gummies, Jordan P. (Brooklyn, NY) on shots. Vendor-written or vendor-selected, unverifiable, and no substitute for independent reviews. The vendor is absent from every 2026 “best kratom vendor” list located in the research. No AKA membership or GMP certification mention was found anywhere on the site or in search results.

Bottom line: budget prices ($0.08/g at the kilo) for a product with unverifiable quality claims from a 14-month-old vendor sharing an address with a peptide company, advertising a false FDA certification, contradicting its own guarantee — with a documented customer-service abuse case in its threads, shilling accusations, and regular leaf called stale garbage while only the mystery Enhanced line gets praised. The price is the attraction; everything else is a gamble. Whether the leaf is good is currently a coin flip, not a reputation.

Ordering, Shipping & Policies

How Buying From Phantom Herbal Actually Works

🚚 Shipping: free shipping on orders of $50 and above. Shipping timelines are “estimates only,” per the Terms. The sample program’s fulfillment record — months-long waits and weeks-long email silences — is documented in What Buyers Say.

🗺️ Where it ships: Phantom publishes no state-by-state list. Its FAQ states only that it ships “to all US states where our products are legal” — so this guide prints no state map for Phantom. Buyers are responsible for their local laws.

↩️ Returns: “Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives defective or incorrect” — claims within 7 days. The homepage’s “30-day satisfaction” guarantee contradicts this; the Terms govern.

🔞 Age: 21+ only, “no exceptions” (product page FAQ).

💳 Payment

Credit/debit cards accepted, per the product pages.

Product pages state “Sold without directions or intended use. No medical or therapeutic claims are made or implied.”
